V1.1 Changes - Quick Fixes and QoL

- Stage Transitions - Delay and effect when transitioning stages weren't working prior to this
- Stage 1  - Fixed ball being stationary or bouncing straight sideway
- Stage 3 - Increased scene brightness
- Stage 3 - Tweaked mouse/controller sensitivity (hopefully improved)
- Stage 4 - Holding down buttons and keys now function the same way the triggers for the special attack
- Ending - Quit button leads back to main menu instead of outright closing the game
- Debug Skip - Pressing '0' will skip a stage  (to make it easier for those wanting to record a certain portion of the game for a video or somethin)
